John Furnace brings more than 30 years of corporate and commercial real estate experience to RubiCrown and has supervised the construction of several million square feet of tenant improvement projects across North America, including the development of corporate campuses for Fortune 50 companies. John’s strong financial background coupled with his previous experience in facilities and portfolio management give him deep insight into the needs of clients and risk mitigation. He is an expert at running hundreds of projects at once and keeping them on-time and on-budget.
Prior to joining RubiCrown, John lead project management for the Houston offices of Cresa and Newmark Knight Frank.
John’s previous clients include, but are not limited to, Aker Solutions, ARUP, BOA Barine, BP Oil and Gas, Clorox, Dynegy, Empyrean, Furmanite International, Roper Industries, Sony Pictures, Spark Cognition, The Holocaust Museum, Stat Oil, Tana Exploration, TxAT, and Wells Fargo.
John is a member of Knights of Columbus and St. Michaels Choir in Houston and holds degrees in economics and management from Houston Baptist University. He is passionate about family, education, history and civil rights and liberties. John resides in Houston, Texas with his wife, Sophia, and their three school-aged children; they also have two adult children.
